Today I tried to add [SPAM] tagged mails to the banlist but I only can add valid emailaddresses, I thinkit would be interesting if you can ban on subject tags too.
My hostprovider has a spamfilter and they tag mails of which they assume it is spam with [SPAM] in the subject line. It would be nice if I could ban these mails from my ticketsystem. :)
