Osticket Email piping Problem

Hello Everybody,

I have os ticket installed http://scbw.com/help/scp/ successfully ,I have my email server with some other server not where the osticket installed

So now my question is how can use my email id support@sbcw.com for email piping ?Is It possible Let me know
