Hi..

I would like to know whether osTicketing system provides the option to export the report or history of all tickets raised, open, closed, new..and so.on...

As per our requirement, we need a consolidated report every month .. which provides the details of all the tickets and their status..

Please let me know... if this is possible through osticketing.

Just wondering if there is any facility for this, as I believe this would be a very good option.

first of all, osticket is a great and valuable solution. i am just a beginner with the code but i can say it is a really convincing piece of code. so, thanks a lot to the developpers.

although the posts concerning the export of the complete ticket history are a little overdue (from april this year), I can only support the initiative. It would be excellent in term of offline documentation and for example accounting to have the opportunity to export the notes and messages of any ticket as a csv or whatever file. I hope there will be more supporters so the guys with the code know how will be turned on.

Thanks for the feedback, and the kind words. :)

My work on osTicket focuses primarily on the UI and front-end code, so what features get included, etc. is ultimately up to Peter to decide. I just wanted to take the opportunity to say thanks and let you-and several others who've requested features lately (because I've gotten a couple PMs), that we're listening.

While we may not comment on a lot of feature requests, nothing goes unread and we take them all into consideration.
