View Full Version : Question: Directing different e-mails automatically to the repective departments

Forget it, found it.

I've installed osTicket for our business but I've been trying to figure out something but without success:

Is it possible to setup osTicket to automatically direct the different e-mails to the respective departments?

Exemple: if a user e-mails to delivery@domain.com, I would want osTicket to automatically direct it to the Delivery department and not to the default department (ex: support).

I don't know if I missed out something but I can't find the configuration to do it. And I've searched the forums about this info but to no avail.

In Admin, go to Emails and then Add New Email. When adding a new e-mail, you can select the department to which you want the new e-mail it routed from this screen.
