Hello,

We're planning to go with good support software and someone suggested me kayako (http://www.kayako.com/) which is providing Support-Suit system for online business.

I'd like to know what are the advantages of osticket over kayako support suit system.

The only difference is: Kayak is Commercial and osTicket is Open Source :)

Kayako is a very full featured and expensive helpdesk software. There's a reason they don't list prices on the site. If you can afford to pay I suggest looking at:

Zendesk
Cerb4
and Kayako

on the free side I suggest looking at:

Trellis Desk
and osTicket

Every business is different and all these helpdesk softwares have strengths and weaknesses so my suggestion to you is to install and try them all. If you don't have time for that, then you probably want something running quickly: just go with osTicket.
