i'm a bit confused.
i downloaded the most recent file here: http://osticket.com/downloads.php
I opened it and it appears to be a zip file within a zip file. Extracted them both and uploaded the files. I tried to follow the install directions, but noticed that there is no setup folder. Went back to my unzipped folder and its just a folder with files, and no folders. What did I miss?
