How many users can work on the osticket simultaneously?
If you meant work on a ticket, then by default only one user can work on it for 3 minutes. However, you can adjust that value from "Admin Panel" -> "Preferences" -> "Ticket Options & Settings" -> Auto-Lock Time: directive.
