Need help Issues with admin and dialing in

Ok I had my web host install this for me. And everything was dialed in. I logged in to config things on my end. Setting up my staff. Which is not an easy task. I have never wanted to more delete this software off my server. I cant seem to find a how to tutorial at the OSTICKET site let alone the web.

After thinking I got the hang of this script I timed out and now cant even log back in.


I have been doing web stuff for 14 years. and this script has given me some serious headaches, from banging my head on the desk and the walls......

Anyhow my question here is does anyone know of a tutorial on how to set up the admin area.

I found this scripting to be very basic compared to others.
You should be able to configure setup through admin login.
www.your-domin.com/scp

If you can't access there may be a permission issue on your directory.
