Is there a way to include the Staff respones message when a staff member replies to the ticket - so the user (client) doesn't have to log on to the web interface? I'm sure there is a variable floating around...

P.S. What do the SCRIPTS folder do? I don't have it on my server and I believe everything is running fine.

In the Admin Panel > Email Tab > Templates:

Place the '%message' variable in the Ticket Response/Reply template.
