HelpDesk Ticket Creation

I've just installed an older version of OSTicket, but when I tested the process of opening up a ticket I get the following error:

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in C:\wcbiz\public_html\hcl\modules\osTicket\class.ti cket.php on line 200

Any help would be most appreciated....

I'm not sure what is going wrong, but why are you using an older version of osTicket? Why not just install RC3 which had many bug fixes?
