Any docs on the API? I was wondering if it would be possible to auto-create tickets from backup software and other monitoring apps like GFIMAX.
For example, we use Ahsay backup and I could create a post-run script that sends some data to osticket if I know how the API works. So if a backup fails it will auto create a ticket for each failed backup.
Backups of exchange and servers I would like a ticket for every failed backup to keep track of the failures.
