Hello,
Long time osTicket user, first time poster! I was wondering if there was a way to have osTicket email the assigned individual when a user updates the ticket? I have tried this with the version I am using (v1.6 RC4) and no email notification is sent when the user/requester updates the ticket to the assigned individual.
