How do I login as admin?

After installing on my host with Fantastico i cant/do not know how to login as admin

I've never seen anything but grief when people have installed via Fantastico. Maybe one of them can help you though. :(

I have no experience with Fantastico+osTicket, but maybe you need to add the path /scp/ to the end of the URL of your installation. If www.example.com/osticket is your installation, try www.example.com/osticket/scp/

Do you still need to change the default email address when you install with fantastico? At one stage they were setting it to use someone elses email address... You should check that, once you can log in!!!

Yes, sadly, you still need to. They have completely ignored us on the issue.

I never really had any problem with OS it's just been a long time since I've used it but scp works for me to ogin thanks - xrat
