Replying by email only

Hi,

With my osticket, i get this:
- somebody send me an email
- i reply to him and he receives an email with my response.
- he replies me
- i reply him again, but he receives by email a link to response.

This last step is not really useful for me. I'd like to always send response by email and not send a link to response.

How can i do ?
