Roadmap?

Hi,
i searched the Forum and the Wiki for a roadmap of planned osTicket releases. I anything known about future releases, i.e. when will the next release come out?

A public roadmap for osTicket doesn't exist and, to be blunt, never will.

We haven't set any public release dates, because there are several things that must be done first, and in the right order, before the next version is made available (though 1.6 final should be out soonish).

That said, we're really excited about the future of osTicket and we're working hard to get it out to you.
