Hi every one
I installed osTicket v1.6 RC3 and I add 2 departments (support as default and development).
My problem is:
When I transfer a ticket to development department for example, the manager and his staffs, in this department, don’t get alert about this new ticket. Also when ticket marked as overdue, manager and assigned staff don’t get alert about that.
Any help will be appreciated

Do your clients get emailed about the tickets they created?

Yes, my client get replay when new ticket created and when assign a ticket to any staff also he/she get alert.
But when transfer ticket to department, the manager and staffs don’t get alert :(

Are you positive that you have "Assigned Staff" and "Department Manager" checked "Enable" for "New Ticket Alert" and "Overdue Ticket Alert"?
