View Full Version : can a reply be sent to customer *and* staff?

Hi,

As a customer gets a copy of whatever is replied to in the osTicket system, I'm interested if that same email can be sent to an alias of my choosing at the same time.

Reason: Upper management is in the habit of monitoring ticket activities and would prefer to be able to use their email client as opposed to logging in to the scp.

My guess is it will be a simple thing, but I've not been able to locate where in the class templates one would add an additional single email address.
