Installing

Hi,

I seem to be having a problem when I am trying to enter the MySQL database information here:

http://www.hotelshelley.com/support/setup/install.php


I keep getting this error message, "Unable to connect to MySQL server. Possibly invalid login info."


I am pretty sure that I am entering my hostname (localhost) , database (named it oshelpdesk) and username/password correctly. Am I supposed to change the table prefix or just leave as default "ost_"?
