Include previous conversation in ticket

I'm yanking my hair out in trying to include the previous conversation when a ticket is replied by a staff. Is this not possible ins the R5 release? Thanks for all your help!

Can you pinch the code used to display the previous conversation when viewing the ticket from the staff control panel? Surely it would be possible to merge that into an email... assuming that's what you are thinking?
