Hi.

First of all, thanks for a great system.

One of the things that has been bugging me a bit is that I can't seem to properly set a NULL due date for tickets. That is, I can remove the due date from a ticket but that still puts it in the "Overdue" queue. I would like to have the ability to completely remove any due date since a few of our tickets are in there which are just "whenever we get around to doing it" kind of tickets.

Am I missing something? Is this maybe possible?

anyone? Isn't there any bug/feature tracking system for osticket? Using the forums like this is awkward to say the least.

To completely disable overdue feature you need to set Ticket Grace Period to 0 in admin panel, settings tab.
