i have only one staff member how can i assign all tickets to this staff as standard?
i only get a email from tickets assigned to me... and since they dont autoassign i dont get warnings and then i get old tickets!

is there a way to fix this easy?

Are you the admin / manager also? If so I would just set the:
New Ticket Alert: Enable
Select recipients: Admin Email Department Manager

That way you get notified of new tickets and can just log in and enable them. Or worse case also set the:
Select recipients: Department Members (spammy)

That way you get notified of all tickets. THen you can just log in, complete the ticket and close as needed. If you want to assign it to yourself you can do that also.

Does that department have Autoresponders enabled?

Admin Panel >> Departments >> >> Department Name >> Autoresponders. Select enable "New Message".

So let me get this straight, you want to be notified of all new tickets?

Make who ever your staff member is a manager. Then select 'New Ticket Alert:' under 'Alerts & Notices'. choose 'admin email' or 'Department Manager'.

Oh I have the same problem at the moment. E-Mail notifictations work well but:
When I re-assign a ticket to a departement, all department members should get an email notification. I don't find any option in order to get this done - does anybody know how to do?
