Hi, Please explain the workflow in osTicket. I want to know the process or a process diagram that explains the entire workflow right from user posting a ticket to closing the ticket. Please let me know

Have you seen on the home of osTicket website?
There you can see "How osTicket Works for You". This is the main workflow.
If that does not fulfil your request, detailly, you can write your own workflow after you do some test directly from your osTicket, at least, from you localhost installation.
IMHO, it is hard to explain by now since the osTicket has so many possibilities workflow, moreover when you apply some modification or customize based on your custom requirements.
