I have two Departments configured with a single staff member assigned to each. Is it possible to prompt the user to select a Department from the New Ticket page? If not, is there another way to make sure certain Tickets are sent to the correct Department?

Department are hidden from users - they see help topics instead. You can map help topics to a department of your choice on the admin panel.

I'm actually needing to allow users to specify their location so that any Help topic is directed to the staff responsible for supporting their location/department. I have techs in several cities. Using a Department I thought I could have users select the city name so that new tickets are sent to the tech responsible for that location.
