Hi
I have set up OST using Fantastico in Hosgator hosting, successfully. I want to make changes to the settings such as add new departments, etc. I can do that and it is displayed in the ADMIN, but it is NOT activated from visitors wanting to submit a ticket, only the defaults departments are there. I have also change the "/include/settings.php, chmod = 644".
(Q1) it still doesnt work, can anyone advise where I go wrong ?
(Q2) after I change the chmod=644, do I leave it as such (original is 755)
