Lookup all tickets (with visual confirmation)

Would it be possible to add a feature where a client could look up any tickets they have submitted? Perhaps on the main page under “Ticket Status” have something that says “Lookup all tickets”. This would take them to a new page where they could enter their e-mail address and have some sort of visual confirmation. Then the system would send the user an email with the following information or something similar for any ticket they ever submitted:

Ticket Number Subject Status
Link to ticket

Ticket Number Subject Status

Currently the user does kind of have the ability to accomplish this. They do however need at least one valid ticket #. Once inside the Ticket listing it shows all of their tickets.
Im kinda of hoping that there will just be a user registration in later releases that will just let the user choose a password.
Im really wanting to do the same thing as you however I am working on integrating this into Joomla and I am planning on having it use the Joomla User Info.

I posted a feature request similar to this a while back so I will just add a "me too" to this one :)

It would be very helpful, since we are hoping to use this internally and not externally, to be able to let a user track all their tickets with some sort of login.
