Automaticaly unlog me when delete ticket...

Hi,

when i delete ticket for admin scp "staff" osTicket disconnect me automaticaly and im able to login again and again but my ticket are not delete ...

i will post screen ...

make sure register globals is off in your php.ini

humm im sorry i can't... because my dedicated server are not set to OFF and im only resseller on this server ...

You can edit your .htaccess file in your root folder of each hosted account and add the following to the top:

php_flag register_globals off

this will turn off this option only for that one account.
