Conf_file_already_mod

Hi OsTicket Team,

Please Help ... Installation Page ...

CONF_FILE_ALREADY_MOD what is this, sorry for my bad english...:confused:

Linux
2.2.11 (Unix)
Pearl Vrs. 5.8.8
PHP Vrs. 5.2.8
MYsql Vers. 5.0.81

Yes, I have same problem. I couldn'd installed international version..

I have tried in 5-6 times. But same it.

What must I do?

I have done somethings:

1. uploaded files as zip file and opened it with cPanel file manager.
2. ostconfig.php is made 777 chmod in root.
3. wrote "http://www.islamvebiz.net/islamvebizdestek/setup" in the browser..

But not installed!

FTP
Using WS_FTP this would be right hand clicking on the file ostconfig.php , selecting chmod, and then giving all permissions to the file.

Cpanel
Click on the file, select change permission, and then giving all permissions to the file.


Also it gave me these infos. What are these? What will I do?

* copy include/ost-config.sample.php to include/ost-config.php
* set write permission to include/ost-config.php
* run /setup

The documentation is not so clear about this stuff...

There isnt include/ost-config.sample.php in multilingual editon..
