View Full Version : Problem Setting Up New Email

On the email screen when it asks for the username and password, which username and password is required. I fill out everything else and when I go to add an email, it tells me I've entered invalid login information.

Your help is appreciated.

Do you have this account actually setup on your mail server? Likely it is trying to connect with that username and password in order to confirm it exists. If it does not exist or if the username or password is wrong it would spit out that error.

Yes, the email is set up on my server. I use BlueHost. I've tried my BlueHost login and password...I've tried the email password...I've tried the osTicket username and password...I'm running out of usernames and passwords.:confused:

what version of the os ticket did u install ?

Got it.

I was using the wrong port number for incoming mail. Nothing to do with osTicket.:o
