What Is a Locked Thread?

Hello,

For some reason the two tickets in my system, one test one real are both locked.

I don't know what locked them nor how to unlock them.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Locked tickets means someone else is already looking at that ticket or has very recently.

To disable locking go to Admin > Settings > Auto-Lock Time
