New User Would Like to See an Example Help Desk

The subject line says it all I guess. Does anyone have a Help Desk they're proud of that you wouldn't mind showing me?

Is the general concensus here that this is the way to go with a Help Desk?

osTicket is a great ticketing system, it's reliable, stable, and gets the job done quickly and with little effort.
Unfortunately, I would need to know a LOT more about you before I gave you access to my osTicket install. That being said, why don't you just install osTicket and see if it's right for YOU. If you don't currently have a website or web server, I do web hosting and would be more than happy to provide you with a temporary trial account to test osTicket...

I think what Mr. Mann is looking for is examples of osTicket in the wilk--i.e. integrated into other web sites and softwares, vs. a plain vanilla installation. I doubt he was actually asking for admin access to someone's ticketing system. ;)
