Word wrap in emails

Can someone point me to where the word wrap is set for sending emails? It appears to be about 75 characters, however it does not break at the word, it breaks where ever 75 characters fall and adds an = and a return.

I have the same problem.

The format looks OK in OsTicket, but the emails have no wrap or new paragraphs.

I've tried using html codes such as <br> but doe not have any affect.

I have the same problem.
It's really bad for URL that break because oif teh wrap.
Anyone has a solution?

I just installed this and getting the same problem with emails and word wrap.
