Help with ldap auth

I would like to know how to set up Authentication using ldap ,this would replace the email address with a user id such as Jhardy. Please help as I know how to use ldap but not how to integrate them into this app.

You would need to know php pretty much. If you dont know how to do that then you will not be able to modify it yourself.
