Looking for RC4 too - cannot for the life of me get email ticketing working on RC5, despite it working faultlessly on the previous version!

Haven't checked back here for a week... and then find this.
THANKYOU!!! :D:cool: Saved all of my issues with email that I was having, wont be upgrading to RC5 til it works and there's a solution for all of the email issues which previously worked perfectly!

can i Get the program witl multi languge
coz i dont know how to merge the files with
osticket1.6 rc5 and i will translate the strings in
lang file to Arabic languge .:confused:
