i have a customer that would like to be notified when one of is employees generates a ticket. it would be a good idea to be able to forward or have them alerted based on the domain... i'm i making sense?

I to would like to see a feature sorta like this. Not sure a domain would be strict enough, if you also deal with residential clients that are making support requests.

Also being able to allow the client to view all tickets under either the common phone_number or maybe a company_name field.
