How can I enable my users to be able to reply to tickets...???

Is there any other support then this?...cause it isn't helping as you can see..

You'll need to elaborate some more on your settings, what you've tried, and what's currently happening - it's a pretty broad question, and the ability to reply to tickets is present by default - your question simply doesn't have enough detail in it to allow people to respond productively.

They can reply in one of two ways. You can have them go to the URL in the e-mail they recieve from the mail system. (it will allow them to add comments to the ticket). Or you can set the "Auto response FROM Email: No Reply Email Dept Email (above)" in the department tab to use the Dept Email option. THen they can reply to the ticket, the ticket will then update with the comments they sent. At least that is how I have it working right now.
