General Notes or Help topics

I like to be able to add some general info when our staff login into the OS Ticket home page. I can not find anywhere I can add a paragraph or even an attachment like a PDF so every staff member can share among themselves. Is there a way of doing it?

You can add it by editing \include\staff\header.inc.php file.

Do you have any documentation on this? How and what I can do with this file? Is it possible that I can display certain information for an assigned department?
