Template Problem

I have a problem with the template. I have changed the default message, for exaple for the new ticket insert, or ticket modification. since i changed it when one administrator close one ticket, the user that receive the mail have this message:
"Problems fetching response template for ticket#16 Possible config error"

before my change the message was correct.

But i didin't change any configuration, i have ony translate the message from english into my language.

I will see if I get the same problem. So you only changed Email Templates under the Admin Panel right?

Yes, I only change the template text and title in the boxes.
I am becoming crazy........
