View Full Version : New ticket/subject line email template

Hello,

I'm trying to setup email templates. I want to add a ticket number or something to the subject line in new ticket alert so the alert mails don't all pile up into one thread in my email. However, when I add %ticket, I get the actual %ticket text in the subject line rather than the ticket number. Any help here?
