Instalation FAIL

Hey guys (and gals). I'm new to this osTicket software, and while I'm no noob regarding databases (ive installed phpBB and chatrooms etc this one has me stumped :confused:

I'm trying to install version 1.3.1 (from my webhosts control panel via Fantastico Deluxe if this helps)

The install software requests the name for a database (done), username and password for database admin (done), and directory to install (done), but every time I hit the finish installation I get the message:

"The server was not able to find the document (./406.shtml) you requested.
Please check the url and try again."

I have little hair as it is, but what's left is slowly being pulled out, so I would appreciate any and all help given, and apologise whole-heartedly if this is a repeat thread.

Fantastico installs an older version. Don't use that version. Older versions have security issues and tons of bugs. You should download and install the latest version. (RC4) All versions prior to 1.6 are discontinued and for the most part unsupported.
