Change view.php

Is there any way to remove the required field of ticket# for authentication on view.php? I would like to utilize this application for my organization internally and only require the end user to input their email. Thanks for any help.

I'd be interested in this as well. Having a user authenticaion module and then a 'dashboard' where users can view all of their tickets would be awesome...
