Problems with DATE

I am having the following problem with my OSTICKET installation.

When someone create a ticket it is created with 00000000 in DATE, that means the date of the ticket is always Dec 31 1969.

Does anyone know how to deal with this?

Since you put this thread it in the older versions forums, I assume you have an older version.

In that case, install the latest version and this problem will be solved as well as alot of other problems and security flaws in the old version.
