Cannot login Admin after install

Ok i have uninstalled and reinstalled on cPanel server using cuteftp to upload CDMOD 644 the one file at everything says installed support area seem to work but it wil not let me log into the admin I know I am using correct username and password even uninstalled 4 times and totally reinstalled ensuring I had it correct any suggestions I delet setup folder afterwards and everything

Did you install it with cPanel or did you manually install it on the server? Because if you did it through cPanel, it is very likely you installed an older version. If this is the case, I strongly suggest installing the latest version.

If you did install the latest one it might help giving more details, like serverinfo, any errors, php version etc etc. Also check your log files to see if there is anything usefull in there.

I initially used fanastico but uninstalled because lack of features on old version. That one installed perfect. But I did get it going I uninstalled and reninstalled manually 3 times 3rd time it worked. I think there was possibly a sync issue with mysql database. Did a new name and user 3rd time and it worked.

Now I need to see if some one replys to a emailed ticket rather than direct emailing me at support@firearmsrecordpro.com and them not logging back in if it can post to the ticket system. Whats happening they log in create a ticket. The osticket emails them when I reply instead of logging in it looks as if they are replying to that email directly which emails me and them direct circumventing the ticket process. I want them to log back in so it post to the ticket system ot have the system capture thier email and post it is this possible..
