Hello I just installed this product and I love it already :)
I was wondering is there a setting for sending out an email to the person to whom ticket was assigned to?

Hello, I guess i didnt have configured right. Now it is working this way.

Would be great if you outlined the process you took. Although probably unrelated, I have a similar issue, yet it's all configured. The clients receive emails but the Admins do not. And in the settings sections, both global and departmental, Autoresponders are set to Enable. So I can't understand why it's not working.
