Can't Expand Things in Firefox

Hi,

I've installed osTicket on my server. The install seemed to go very well. If I use Firefox to login to the admin page, some things are broken.

For example, I can click on the Emails tab, but when I click on the email address (there is currently only one), the URL changes, but the page I'm looking at does not. I still see the mail list.

The URL changes from:
http://www.gigamite.com/support/scp/admin.php?t=email

To:
http://www.gigamite.com/support/scp/admin.php?t=email&id=1

Other users seem to be complaining about problems in IE so, maybe naively, I assumed it was probably developed primarily in FF and tested in others.

Any ideas?

Well the link where you go to is correct, so this not the problem. Some questions:
Are you getting any errors?
Did you test it in IE to see it works there?
Maybe a obvious thing, but did you try to refresh?
