View Full Version : System Emails Not Working Reliably

We are experiecing an extreme delay from the time a user opens a support ticket to the time they receive the system email. In some cases if our support team responds to a ticket within the first hour or two of it being opened the client will receive our response email prior to receiving the new ticket opened confirmation.

Is this a problem with our server? Is there anything we can do to work around this issue?

What type of server do you have? Linux? Windows?

We have a Linux server.

It is also possible that this problem lies with the server of your client. Do you have access to the log files of your server? Because then you can check when the emails are sent.
