View Full Version : Is there a way to include the client's message in New Ticket Autoresponse?

I think it would be helpful for my clients if the text of their inquiry was included in the New Ticket Autoresponse message. I tried adding the %message variable placeholder to the autoresponse message, but that did not work -- it just showed up as "%message" in the autoresponse.

Is there a way for me to include the text of their original inquiry in this first autoresponse?
