View Full Version : Disable Customer Ticket Creation

I would like to disable the public creation of the tickets. I want to let the ticket creation only to the staff thru the scp page. I only want to give the customers the ability to query, add commets and attachments once the ticket was already created.

Is there anything i can do to disable the public creation of new tickes?

There is no option to to this. But you could remove the "New ticket" links.
