Support Ticket System Offline

I get this error message after succesfully running the installation.
Does anyone have any idea? I have a feeling that its probably a mysql problem

I created a database called osticket and a username with full privileges to os ticket.
The installer said everything was ok.

But i get this error when attempting to browse it for the first time.

I found the answer.

Apperently its turned off to begin with.

FYI for anyone

look under /<yourwebserver>/scp/admin.php
log on as admin and click on the admin panel (TOP RIGHT) and make osticket available to everyone.

Someone had the same problem. ;)

But I must say that I think it's not a bad idea to make it online by default instead of offline.
