i install osticket 1.6 rc 2 but i have some errors :

i installed the script on linux server and windows server ( localhost xampp )
and i get the same errors in firefox and IE7.0
Please help me to solve these issues

the error is not caused from explorer or css problems
i thing there is an error in sql structures and data , exactly in 'ost_config' table :)
your first point is just a setting, you can turn osTicket on and off under "Helpdesk Status".

Yes, if you log in and go to the Admin panel you'll see it on the first tab "settings" (it's the first item)

i hope that peter caome here and fix the problem in OsTicket 1.6 rc-2
Both pages are giving a login (which is obvious :)) And as I understood, you get the blank page after loggin in. That's why I posted the URL http://www.osticket.com/forums/showthread.php?t=16 because I think your solution is in there.
Try to enable error reporting and see if that will give you something to work with. It looks like the same problem as others had (including me).
i enabled it from main.inc.php and php.ini
but i got blank page too
when i installed ost 1.6rc-1 i had successfully login into admincp without any php_error but i got another type of errors
" please change your password to continue "
but i cant change it because there are no frame/input forme to put the new password :$
i think that the problem of the blank page is on the ost_config table
