RC3 will be released very soon. We are now testing it.
After RC3 we will be looking into languages (amongst other things off course)

No, unfortunately not. At the moment all text is still in every file. Our first concern is to release a more stable version.
But when RC3 is released, languages will have the highest priority. There are a lot of people that are really looking forward to this feature.

I have translated all osticket to spanish, there are not so many lines, only 10 files xxx.inc , but the good will be when ostickit will be multilingual, no?:)

10 .inc bien podrias adjuntarlos comprimidos ..
la comuna agradecida y disuesta a ayudarte a mantener la traducción al español.
